Welsh ministers urge PM to delay Brexit if deal is rejected

A video grab from footage broadcast by the UK Parliament's Parliamentary Recording Unit shows Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow speaking in the House of Commons regarding the selection for a vote of an ammendment to the Brexit withdrawl

The pound has recovered some of its losses after Tuesday's crunch Parliamentary vote where MPs rejected Theresa May's Brexit deal.

Sterling rebounded smartly from the day's lows and rallied more than a cent to stand above $1.28 after British lawmakers defeated Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit divorce deal by a crushing margin on Tuesday.

Christopher Kirkland: A no deal is the worst possible option out of the options that are still available to us at this time.

Amid the uncertainty, some members of Parliament from both government and opposition parties are exploring ways to use parliamentary procedures to wrest control of the Brexit process away from the government, so that lawmakers by majority vote could specify a new plan for Britain's European Union exit.

Addressing the defeat, Mrs May said: "The House has spoken and the Government will listen".

There were 202 votes for the deal but 432 against, and Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn has tabled a motion of no confidence in the government.

This comes from both those who voted leave and remain. "If the opposition tables a confidence motion, we will make time tomorrow to consider it".

Chelsea table bid for Zenit midfielder Leandro Paredes
We need to try and try and try in training, but I think that he is able to do it. I don't know anything about the market day by day or minute by minute".

Corbyn said: "She is only attempting to reach out now to try to keep her failed process and deal alive after it's been so roundly rejected by Parliament on behalf of the people of this country".

If she survives, however, May said she would follow a two-stage process to break the Brexit impasse.

May's Conservative Party has 317 lawmakers. May promised the government would approach those talks in a "constructive" manner.

"Without there being consensus in Parliament then how else do you resolve the issue?"

As ever, Mrs May won't have much time to lick her wounds, as a recent rule change - facilitated by the Speaker John Bercow last week - means she will only have until the following Monday to come back with a plan B. In the interim she is expected to head back to Brussels to essentially beg for some game-changing concessions from European Union leaders.

The humiliating rebuff was delivered in the House of Commons just moments after the Prime Minister made a last-ditch appeal for MPs to back the Withdrawal Agreement which she sealed with Brussels in November after nearly two years of negotiation.

Responding to the Government defeat, Liberal Democrat leader Sir Vince Cable said: "Brexit is becoming a national humiliation".

He alone supplied three passes in the build-up to Suarez's opener. "Once we scored, the game opened up for us" said Suarez. That came against Eibar on Sunday evening and was followed by Real Madrid's victory over Real Betis .

The letter, co-signed by European Council President Donald Tusk and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, however noted there can be no change to the draft withdrawal agreement or future political arrangement that have been provisionally agreed.

"It is the collective failure of our political leaders that, with only a few weeks to go, we are staring down the barrel of no deal".

"We want to identify what would be required to secure the backing of the House consistent with what we believe to be the result of the referendum", the spokesman said. I urge the United Kingdom to clarify its intentions as soon as possible. "Time is nearly up", Juncker warned.

Here's what time the vote of "no confidence" is likely to happen, where to watch it, and how it will work.

Untangling a 45-year marriage was not as easy as some Brexiteers claimed it would be.

May's defeat seemed inevitable.

About 100 Conservative MPs and the Democratic Unionist Party's 10 MPs could join Labour and the other opposition parties to vote it down.

Anderson joined the Rams last month as an emergency fill-in for Gurley, who injured his knee and missed the final two games. The Saints did it in Week 9, while the Eagles shocked everyone in Week 15 by beating the Rams at the Coliseum, 30-23.

It's hard to see an obvious way out of the mess.
