Who is Julie Swetnick, Michael Avenatti’s Client and Latest Kavanaugh Accuser?

Democrats lead the GOP on empathy honesty and ethics neither party has edge on managing govt

Swetnick does not accuse Kavanaugh of attacking her, but says he was present at a party where she was drugged with "Quaaludes or something similar" and attacked.

Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.) reacted on "Outnumbered Overtime" to the third sexual misconduct accusation against Brett Kavanaugh.

Leahy asked what Ford's strongest memory was, and she said the "uproarious laughter between the two" who were having fun at her expense during the alleged assault at the gathering.

Avenatti also represents adult-film actress Stormy Daniels, whom Trump gave hush money to over an alleged extramarital affair. "'I never thought about what was happening to those other women.' I have a very hard time believing that's true".

'All About Publicity': Sen. Bill Cassidy Slams Avenatti Over New Kavanaugh Accusation

In her statement, Swetnick wrote that she first met Kavanaugh and his friend, Mark Judge, in 1980 or 1981, and attended "well over 10 house parties" with both of them present.

Senate Republicans scheduled a confirmation vote on Friday, and have offered Ford and Kavanaugh a chance to testify to the committee on Thursday.

She declared being a witness to Kavanaugh's consistent engagement in excessive drinking and inappropriate sexual behaviour with women in the early 1980s. It was triggered, she said, by a discussion she and her husband had about adding a second front door to their home.

"I had never sexually assaulted anyone, not in high school, not ever". Ford's name is not mentioned on the calendar, but a "Mark" and a "Judge" show up.

Ford testimony 'credible,' a 'disaster for Republicans'
Christine Blasey Ford testifies to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Capitol Hill in Washington, Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018. She said that Kavanaugh's declaration of "innocence" and lack of sexual inactivity in high school on Fox News is a lie.

Kavanaugh called Swetnick's allegations "ridiculous" in a statement released by the White House on Wednesday.

"I observed Brett Kavanaugh drink excessively in many of these parties and engage in abusive and physically aggressive behaviour towards girls, including pressing girls against him without their consent, grinding against girls, and attempting to remove or shift their clothing to expose private body parts", Swetnick said. Ford says she eventually escaped.

The Senate Judiciary Committee said Wednesday it is reviewing the new allegations after Avenatti provided a statement from his client to the committee.

He posted both a photo of Kavanaugh's newest accuser, Julie Swetnick, and a court document with details of the allegation.

Iran says Trump is why oil prices are now so high
Expectation of a tightening supply in the global oil market in the coming months has pushed crude oil prices higher, say analysts. U.S. crude inventories rose 1.9 million barrels in the week to September 21, according to U.S.

Kavanaugh's written testimony for the committee went a bit further than the description of his youthful behavior he gave in a Fox News Channel interview Monday, when he said "people" may have drunk too much at high school parties.

Judge, a conservative author and journalist who was Kavanaugh's classmate at Georgetown Prep high school, had no immediate comment on Swetnick's statement.

"The longer this nomination sits out there the more you're going to get reckless allegations that have no basis in fact", he said.

"She said she had witnessed efforts by Kavanaugh to "'target' particular girls so they could be taken advantage of".
