Trump says he could meet Russian Federation investigation special counsel ‘under certain circumstances’

Rudy Giuliani Declares that Trump Will Refuse to Answer Any of Mueller's Questions About Obstructing Justice — Breaking the President's Vow

President Donald Trump will not answer federal investigators' questions, in writing or in person, about whether he tried to block the probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

"If we're going to meet, it's got to be a fair meeting", he said on Air Force One, on his way to campaign events in Fargo, North Dakota.

However, he later told NBC News those questions are "not ruled in or out", and told Politico that "We're very opposed to that, [but] we're not closing it off 100 percent".

He also refuted an earlier report that President Trump has ruled out a sit-down interview with Robert Mueller.

Jessica Berry, the minister's daughter and a close friend of Jean's, told WFAA that Jean was scheduled to lead worship on Sunday. How can this nasty world take you away from me? "So he shared it with us. that night, and it was a truly special moment".

The statement also once again makes it clear that Trump's lawyers are wary of the idea of letting the president answer questions by the Mueller's team about actions he took in office. "After we finish this we will assess it with no agreement to any post-presidential questions", Giuliani told NBC News.

"We don't want to mislead [prosecutors] and have them think it's easy, but we have also not closed our mind to it", he added.

"It would be in written form and if you want to follow up on our answers, justify it", he said.

"We aren't going to let them spring it on us", Giuliani said of Mueller's questions. While Trump has the legal power to, and has said he feels he has the full right sack the special counsel, the probe continues and Mueller is still at its helm.

Mr. Mueller's team raised the prospect in March that it could subpoena the President, although this would unquestionably prompt a court fight.

Trump's eagerness to sit in an interview with the special counsel's team and his belief that the move would end the probe, shows how little he is aware of the entire situation.

Papadopoulos attempted to broker a meeting between Mr. Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin during the campaign by talking to intermediaries.

Trump, in a Fox News interview taped ahead of a Thursday night rally in Montana, was noncommittal when asked about a possible Mueller interview.

The president referred to the fate of former campaign advisor George Papadopoulos, who is scheduled to be sentenced later Friday for lying to federal authorities in the Russian Federation investigation.
