'Better Be Careful.' President Trump Warns Tech Companies After Google Tweets

President Donald Trump has accused Alphabet Inc.’s Google of rigging its search results against him

Trump has lashed recently out about alleged discrimination against conservative voices, claiming last month that he would investigate Twitter for "shadow-banning prominent Republicans", a claim that has yet to be substantiated.

Newly published findings from PJ Media allege Google searches under the "news tab" containing the key-word "Trump" returned negative stories on the administration by the left-wing media 96-percent of the time.

Trump, apparently spreading a theory put forward over the weekend by a conservative blog, asserted that 96% of results for the phrase "Trump News" produce posts from outlets he labeled "National Left Wing Media".

"96% of results on "Trump News" are from National Left-Wing Media, very unsafe", he continued, drawing on biased numbers to anchor his argument. Those accusations took on a new life during the 2016 presidential election when some conservatives claimed that the technology giant was censoring controversial subjects as part of an effort to purge the internet of fake news reports.

In 19 games they also kept clean sheets but this season, everything has changed and David De Gea is yet to keep a clean sheet. After the goal we had the high press, we were playing it quicker, moving in behind and punished them when we needed to.

And for all of this information that we do have, there's even more we don't know about how Google search actually works because Google has steadfastly refused, like many other platforms, to be fully transparent about its inner workings. And we will continue to call them out every step of the way.

President Trump's top economic adviser said on Tuesday the White House is looking into whether it should regulate Google.

Media analyst Ken Doctor said it doesn't make sense for mass-market businesses like Google to lean either way politically.

It is unclear what Trump has in mind, since the First Amendment protects free speech. The company's search engine had deployed a similar bias in favor of Democrats. It's not the people who are delivering it or the platforms on which they receive it.

Uncertainty Abounds as USA and Mexico Announce Trade Deal
Your move, Congress: Despite Trump's statement from the Oval Office, he does need Congressional approval to sign onto a new deal . US President Trump threatened he could still put tariffs on Canadian-made cars if Canada did not join its neighbours.

"It seems to be the news itself, because around there it's not good". Looking at the first page of search results, I discovered that CNN was the big victor, scoring two of the first ten results. "Numerous cases going back over 15 years have confirmed this", he said.

In order to determine what constitutes a relevant and useful result, search engines use complex algorithms to rank the quality of different pages based on a variety of signals such as keywords, authoritativeness, freshness or site architecture.

Boylard based her judgments on which media outlets were left- or right-leaning on a list by Sharyl Attkisson, host of Sinclair Television's "Full Measure" and author of "The Smear: How Shady Political Operatives and Fake News Control What You See, Think, and How You Vote".

While there is little to suggest that internet firms actively suppress content for political reasons and many conservatives have large online followings, public perception is another matter.
