Cam Newton confronts Kelvin Benjamin over remarks

AJ McCarron Josh Allen rank dead last in PFF QB rankings

When asked post-game what their whole interaction was about, Benjamin said that he "wasn't even trying to listen" to what Newton was saying, per Mike Rodak of ESPN. He caught four passes for 59 yards and a touchdown in the preseason opener, while Newton completed 6 of 9 passes for 84 yards for the Panthers. "It just felt like I wasn't in that position".

Newton declined to speak to reporters after the game. The video was overlaid with the captions "All love on this side" and "No excuses just work".

Less than a week after Kelvin Benjamin blasted former teammate Cam Newton, it appears it could take a while before the hatchet gets buried.

Britons split over Boris Johnson’s burka comments
Sahar al-Faifi, who has covered her face since she was 14, said that negative rhetoric is making Muslim women feel "unsafe". He has faced fierce criticism for comparing women wearing the conservative Islamic dress to letter boxes and bank robbers.

Benjamin had nothing to say and constantly walked away while dismissing the entire conversation.

Benjamin's comments with The Athletic brought the conflict into the spotlight. This was not one of them.

As for Benjamin, the Panthers actually had to deny reports last summer that Benjamin showed up to OTAs at 280 pounds. "I get it. I know what that's like, but you'd like to see him kind of move forward to his new team and embrace his new opportunity, rather than kind of go personal on it".

Last night, the Carolina Panthers QB spotted the Buffalo Bills WR on the field and he first tried to shake his hand, but was turned down.
