Tesla to get ‘full self-driving feature’ in August

Rocket-powered Tesla Roadster may fly, Elon Musk says

Elon Musk says Tesla's upcoming supercar will fly, possibly in a literal way.

Musk wasn't just tweeting about software updates and self-driving cars, however.

Elon Musk, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Tesla, has disclosed that the latest version of Autopilot will begin rolling out in August, which will authorize the fully autonomous capabilities of Tesla vehicles.

While the company has repeatedly pointed to human error in these cases, the "Autopilot" branding has left some drivers confused about the capabilities of the software, which is still now more of an "assist" feature than a a fully autonomous driver/navigator.

Nadal clinched an 11th French Open with a 6-4, 6-3, 6-2 victory against Dominic Thiem on Sunday to take his majors total to 17. At the following changeover, Nadal was given a salt pill by a doctor and had his left forearm massaged by a trainer.

But despite a series of updates to the software, it still requires an owner's hands remain on the wheel, the owner ready to take full control in an emergency, or when advised to do so by a system warning. The automaker subsequently updated the system, replacing some of its hardware, as well as modifying its software.

While Tesla is selling a full self-driving package, that does not mean that consumers will be able to use it immediately. The ultimate industry goal is to reach Levels 4 and even 5, which could permit fully driverless operation, meaning no one behind the wheel.

Tesla's shares were last up 3.3 per cent at $327.93 on Monday after touching a high of $333.

Tesla says the Raodster will accelerate from 0-60 mph in 1.9 seconds, have a top speed above 250 mph and an all-electric range of 620 miles or more.

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is forecasting a near or above normal Atlantic hurricane season for 2018. However, it's encountering a hostile environment that'll allow the storm to rapidly weaken as we roll through Sunday.

But some would argue that Musk has made matters worse lately and may be tarnishing the company's image by acting like one of the company's Model S cars - in ludicrous mode.

In blog posts released by Tesla following the accident in March, the manufacturer said the condition of the attenuator was "the reason the crash was so severe".

Tesla has received criticism for how it has promoted the feature.

Musk called the new Tesla Roadster a "smackdown" to conventional auto companies, and after taking a look at the specs, I think he has a point. It's clearly the best looking vehicle Musk's company has ever made. And we think that is enough time for the tech-maverick Elon Musk to figure out how those 10 rockets will blend into the auto.

Welbeck: Southgate wants England to express themselves
