IHOP reveals what's behind the 'b' in name change to IHOb

IHOP reveals the mystery of IHOb

IHOP has temporarily changed its Twitter handle to "IHOb".

In an effort to rebrand its restaurants and lure in diners after the breakfast rush, IHOP is adding seven new burgers to its menu.

After lots of speculation that the new "B" stood for "breakfast", the chain has announced that "B" stands for "burgers".

4th time’s the charm: Halep tops Stephens to win French Open
Stephens won the sixth game before Halep held her serve and completed the victory in front of a delighted Parisien crowd. The Romanian star continued to dominate her opponent in the third set, taking a comfortable lead from the start.

But, as you likely know by now, IHOP - er, IHOB - revealed Monday morning that the new name is "International House of Burgers".

Yes, the company known for flapjacks will now be known as the International House of Burgers. Wendy's wrote. "Like that, but our cheeseburgers are still better". "Can't wait to try a burger from the place that decided pancakes were too hard", the fast-food chain tweeted in response to the news.

If you guessed that the "b" stood for burgers, you would have been correct.

Kim Kardashian's Effort to Grant Clemency to Alice Johnson
Alice Marie Johnson's life changed on Wednesday - and she has US President Donald Trump and Kim Kardashian West to thank. Johnson's warden, case manager and vocational training instructor each wrote letters in support of her clemency.

Although at least one IHOP location in Hollywood received new IHOb signs, IHOP president Darren Rebelez told CNNMoney the vast majority of the almost 1,800 other locations will still go by IHOP.

"In fact, you can get pancakes with your burger at the same time so you don't even have to choose", he said. On twitter, they had brunch-goers at the edge of the seats, awaiting the story behind the puzzling change. It then made a seriously introspective observation: "what is a burger if not a meat pancake between two other pancakes".

Turkel said the new name may get consumers to think of IHOP as an establishment that serves more than a breakfast meal. According to a company statement, the name and logo change is only for the time being, indicating that the change may be nothing more than a temporary marketing ploy.

Highlights of French Open eighth day
And the last 10 years you needed to beat at least two of them in a Grand Slam to win, and not many players did it. It's Zverev's first Grand Slam quarterfinal, and he got there by winning three consecutive five-set matches.

And in March, Wendy's released five diss tracks featuring digs at McDonald's, its biggest rival in the burger business (sorry, IHOB).
