Google is about to launch a Gmail web redesign

Gmail for Android

In what is called "confidential mode", Gmail will let users set an expiration date on emails so that, after a certain point, recipients can't forward, copy, download or print these messages. They can also ask the email recipient to confirm their identity with a passcode sent via text message.

In conclusion, the new surprising Gmail feature, Confidential Mode, will permit users to encrypt their sensitive emails so they won't be accessed by third-parties.

Gmail will have a so-called Confidential Mode, a system created to secure the important emails that users send and that should not reach other mailboxes.

Trump Vows To Back Law To Protect Marijuana Industry
Other marijuana supporters were wary given the president's record of reversing positions and pledges of legislative support. Recently, Gardner and Justice officials have been in discussions for months to get the holds lifted.

The men took Google to court when the company refused to remove search results about their convictions, including links to news articles that the businessmen claimed were no longer relevant. These features will be an enormous help to businesses that want more control over how emails are used by recipients. However, the feature is still under development, as the option "Learn More" now redirects to a blank page.

Google has kept in mind all of its users and developed the Confidential Mode in a backward compatible way, which means that users of the earlier version of Gmail will also be able to receive the messages in Confidential Mode via a link. The recipient had to log into their Google account once again to view the content.

According to The Verge, Google will finally bring features such as "snooze" and "smart reply" to Gmail's web client, which have been available on Google's alternative mail client- Inbox by Gmail.

There will also be passcodes sent by Google to open emails. "In a sense you are talking to the books, getting responses which can help you determine if you're interested in reading them or not".

End-to-end encryption is also not mentioned by Google anywhere. Of course, these features won't restrict the receiver's ability to store the email's content via taking a screenshot or capture a photo from another device.
