The twenty year old blackbuck poaching case came to an end with Salman Khan being slammed with a sentence of five years in prison. Salman Khan was granted bail from the court on two bonds of Rs 50,000. He will now serve as District & Sessions Judge at Sirohi.

Salman Khan will also have to appear in the court on May 7 - exactly a month after this bail, said a defence counsel.

The defence and prosecution will present their arguments at 10.30 am on Saturday. The final arguments were completed on April 7, victim's counsel P.C. Solanki said.
