Fired Engineer Says Google Discriminated Based on His 'Male Gender,' 'Caucasian Race'

NATION-NOW Ex Google engineer Damore sues alleging discrimination against white conservative men
Former Google engineer sues for discrimination

Memo author James Damore was joined by David Gudeman, another former Google engineer, to file their lawsuit Monday on behalf of all former and current employees, and the document includes several tweets, emails and memos from coworkers who allegedly disparaged the plaintiffs for their right-leaning politics, "white privilege" and their gender.

James Damore, who was sacked in August for internally circulating a manifesto that argued Google's gender pay gap was the result of genetic inferiority, said in a lawsuit filed in Santa Clara Superior Court that the search giant "singled out, mistreated, and systemically punished and terminated" employees that deviated from the company's view on diversity. The lawsuit follows a complaint that Damore filed with the National Labor Relations Board in August on the basis that Google was "misrepresenting and shaming me in order to silence my complaints". They claim they were discriminated against because they are both male and Caucasian, and Google's practices favor women and minorities.

Roland's roommate told KPRC that Roland texted her about a suspicious man she saw in Walgreens who was following her. Friends said Roland was wearing an orange Remington hat and a camouflage fleece jacket, before she disappeared.

The suit claims Google protected employees who silenced conservatives: "Google created an environment of protecting employees who harassed individuals who spoke out against Google's view or the 'Googley way, ' as it is sometimes known internally".

He will complete it with the league game against Bournemouth on January 14. Bellerin's later equalizer wiped out Marcos Alonso's strike.

In his memo, Damore had claimed that the disparity in payment of wages between men and women existed because the latter was "biologically" less capable than the former.

Shortly following the memo's release, Google's Chief Executive Sundar Pichai announced that the memo had violated Google's code of conduct "by advancing harmful gender stereotypes in our workplace".
