Amazon's Bezos sees wealth top $100bn amid Black Friday boost

Bezos, the world's richest man, owns about 78.9 million shares of Amazon, according to a November 14 filing. Thanks to optimism for Black Friday sales, Amazon's shares rose more than 2 percent, which meant Bezos' fortune went up by $2.4 billion to $100.3 billion, according to Bloomberg.

It also makes him the most recent person to rack up a 12-figure fortune since Bill Gates managed the milestone nearly two decades ago, in 1999.

It is reasonable for Bezos' pocket to increase because the citizens in Uncle Sam's country at least spent about $1.5 billion or equivalent to IDR19.9 trillion on Thanksgiving night for Black Friday transactions. As pointed by the report, online sales increased by 18.4 percentage in comparison to previous year as reported by Adobe Analytics.

3-4 cups of coffee have more healthy benefits than harm
To carry out the study , scientists at the University of Southampton pooled the results of more than 200 studies on Java. The most grounded advantages of coffee utilization were seen in lessened dangers of liver disease, including growth.

As a result, Bezos now has a fortune estimated to be $100.3 billion, with roughly a third of that amount contributed during the course of this year alone.

On October 27, 2017, the 53-year-old had surpassed Bill Gates on the Forbes list of billionaires with a net worth of over $90 billion.

In July, Bezos had pipped Bill Gates to briefly become the world's richest person for the first time.

Donald Trump the golf with Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson
The 41-year-old Woods hasn't played a competitive round of golf since the Farmers Insurance Open in January due to a back injury. Trump tweeted that he was set to hit the links - quickly - with golf legend Tiger Woods and the No. 1 ranked pro Dustin Johnson.

He tweeted a request for ideas about how to help people in June of this year, and since 2002 he has given away Amazon shares totalling about $500 million (£374m) at current prices.

At the start 2017, Bezos was the fourth richest person in the world and surpassed both Inditex founder Amancio Ortega and Berkshire Hathaway's Warren Buffet this year as well.

Unlike Gates, Bezos has donated relatively little of his fortune to charity and other philanthropic causes.
