OnePlus Starts Android 8.0 Roll Out

OnePlus 5 will soon be discontinued

OnePlus was given some public flak for moving on to their next device before updating their 2 to the newest OS. But the company has rolled out Android Oreo to everyone. However, the company says a broader rollout of the Oreo update will be available by the end of the year. The smartphones got released almost two years ago yet were powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon flagship processor and it enables them to be able to handle the advanced picture in picture mode among other features you would find in the operating system. Recently, the Essential phone gets the Oreo beta update on the phone. But the opposite has just happened yesterday with OnePlus users. Things seem to have gone as planned for the development team. It's a welcome addition and cause for joy that their older devices, the OnePlus 3 and 3T, are getting the Android Oreo 8.0 update as well. The phones will not get any official update by now.
