Usher herpes accuser Quantasia Sharpton: 'My rights were violated'

Usher is being sued for allegedly exposing a male sex partner to herpes

On Monday morning, a woman named Quantasia Sharpton, who claims Usher exposed her to herpes, spoke out against the R&B star at a press conference in NY, held by attorney Lisa Bloom.

Sharpton and her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, appeared to make a statement on Monday (Aug. 7) and said she was out celebrating her 19th birthday at an usher concert and was wearing a birthday crown.

Sharpton and another indicter tested negative for herpes, though Bloom claims one of Usher's three most recent accusers does have it.

Sharpton is now 21 and went on to say that had she known he had herpes, she would not have consented to sex. Bloom says the lawsuit alleges Raymond, 38, contracted genital herpes before his encounters with her clients, which Bloom says occurred after 2012.

Champions League: Real Madrid dominates UEFA's shortlist for best footballers
Rumours stated it was Bale who was deemed expendable but maybe Ronaldo is more likely to make the switch to Manchester United. I never look at it in terms of taking on my former club, not at all. "It's something I've been through many times".

As attorney Lisa Bloom - who is representing Usher's three alleged victims - explained, it's still a crime not to disclose your status - regardless of whether or not the person is infected or not.

Sharpton then claims that Usher arrived at her hotel and they had "sexual contact", before he left and never contacted her again. "Enjoying [her] last couple of hours as a regular girl", she posted under the alias Angel Valentino on Facebook, just hours before her press conference with Bloom. "When I first heard reports that he had herpes, I couldn't believe it".

"Raymond's failure to rebut the numerous reports that he has herpes has reasonably induced the plaintiffs to believe that Raymond has the virus and that he exposed them to it", the lawsuit claims, reports City News Service.

'The health of Plantiff's newborn children may have been compromised as a result of contracting Herpes from Raymond'.

Four-time Olympic champion Cuthbert dies aged 79
She retired to the privacy and peace of her parent's commercial nursery in Ermington, the western Sydney suburb where she grew up. Having set a new Olympic record in the heats of 11.4 seconds, she claimed gold in the 100m before also taking out the 200m event.

The lawsuit doesn't specify the amount of damages, but asks for punitives as well as a judge's order requiring Usher to fully disclose his alleged herpes diagnosis.

She claims that the pair "engaged in sexual contact" after she celebrated her 19th birthday at an Usher concert. The unidentified male claims he had oral sex with the R&B crooner, while one of the two women alleges she had vaginal sex with him. "Usher if you are negative, please say so". I would not have taken a risk of getting an incurable disease. Bloom added, "We hope the reports are not true".

The 8-time Grammy victor has not publicly addressed the allegations.
