Officials say a second body has been recovered after an explosion and partial building collapse at a Minneapolis school.

" 'The first hallway I hit, there was a lot of like debris and stuff, and it literally looked like a bomb went off, ' he recalled".

We continue to monitor the situation and are working in full cooperation with the Minneapolis Fire Department.
