Klopp jokes Liverpool will bid €300m for RB Leipzig's Naby Keita

Can Agrees Juve Terms – £30m Move Likely

RB Leipzig manager Ralph Hasenhuttl has warned clubs interested in Naby Keita that there is no chance the Guinea midfielder will be sold this season.

The Reds have already seen offers of £57m and £66m for the Guinean worldwide turned down by the Bundesliga outfit who have made it absolutely clear he's not for sale.

Liverpool have since ended their pursuit for the 22-year-old this summer, but that hasn't stopped Klopp from seeing the lighter side of the failed attempt.

Jurgen Klopp had targeted the Guinea global, 22, as being someone who would provide drive and dynamism to his midfield and was prepared to back his judgment of the player with the biggest transfer outlay in the club's history.

LIVERPOOL boss Jurgen Klopp has been left frustrated in his chase for transfer target Naby Keita.

Congress MLAs in Gujarat make a beeline for the BJP
He had contested Assembly elections from Siddhpur constituency in 1998 as Congress candidate but lost to BJP's Jay Narayan Vyas. On Friday, one of the Congress turncoats, Balwantsinh Rajput, filed his nomination as the third BJP candidate.

And after beating the Bundesliga side 3-0, Klopp was in a playful mood, telling Sky Deutschland: 'Our next offer for Keita is €300 million!'

He said, as quoted by Four Four Two: "The chances [of a transfer], none".

Hasenhutti has however confirmed that for next season at least, Keita will remain a part of his team, saying, "It's 100% clear that Naby will be staying with us and will be playing the season with Leipzig".

"At the beginning of the transfer window we said we could start with the same team with all the main players we had previous year and that no one will go and that will be our answer now also".

Naby Keita made 123 defensive actions in the Bundesliga last season.

"These are our two most important players on our team so it's sure he will be with our team next year".

"Until next summer we keep it [the door] closed".

"Keita is more focused on us and has more fun now than past year".

And Keita's emergence of one of the most sought after players in European football comes as no surprise to his manager, who is looking forward to another "fantastic" season with the midfielder in his ranks.
